GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

(1) The ClassClub provides childcare services through qualified caregivers, combining attentive care with structured training in personal development and modern etiquette. Care is provided to the best of our knowledge. Success in etiquette courses depend on the participant’s cooperation. Therefore, no guarantee of success can be provided.

(2) Supervision and courses typically take place in hotels or at your private residence. Group sessions can also be arranged upon request.

(3) Registration—including verbal registration—is binding and generally takes place by appointment. Cancellation of lessons is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the session. In the event of a cancellation at shorter notice or if our service is not utilized, the agreed-upon coaching or course fee is due.

(4) Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice.

(5) If the instructor is unable to attend due to illness or a similar circumstance, “The ClassClub” will endeavor to provide an adequate replacement. If this is not possible, a new appointment will be scheduled or the booking will be canceled.

(6) The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
