My name is Lara Juliana Kroll and I am based in Munich. I help children and young people develop self-confidence, poise and social skills through psychological depth, modern etiquette and a keen sense of personality.

Within my family, alongside my two younger sisters, a mindful and supportive way of interacting was always an integral part of our everyday lives. Listening, consideration and a caring atmosphere were not just rules, but lived values that continue to shape who I am and how I work today.
My goal is to empower children to navigate social situations with confidence, grace and authenticity, whether in everyday family life, at school, in social settings, or while travelling. I approach my work with attentiveness, responsibility, and a deep appreciation for each child’s individuality. It is defined by an optimistic and trusting mindset, grounded in the belief that, when given the right guidance, a secure environment and genuine support, children are able to grow beyond themselves.
The Class Club creates a unique space shaped by the understanding that empathy, values, and self-confidence are among the most essential skills of our time. My vision is to develop an inspiring platform that connects families, hotels, and educational institutions, supporting children on their journey to becoming confident and empathetic individuals. As a certified etiquette trainer with a master’s degree in psychology, a bachelor’s degree in business psychology, seven years of teaching as a swimming instructor, and several years working with international families in exclusive hotel environments, I combine in-depth expertise with practical educational experience. This enables me to guide children’s behaviour and strengthen their communication, self-image and personal development holistically.
For me, this work is far more than a profession, it is a true passion.
